Core & More is a 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you truly understand and connect to your core, so you can move with more strength, stability, and ease — both in class and in everyday life.
Blending elements of Pilates, yoga, and barre, this workshop goes beyond a typical workout. You’ll learn how to properly engage your deep core muscles, improve your posture, and support your body in a way that feels strong, balanced, and sustainable.
What to Expect
A guided introduction to deep core connection and alignment
Pilates-based exercises to build strength and control
Standing and barre-inspired work to integrate the core into movement
A dynamic flow combining yoga and Pilates for strength and fluidity
Targeted glute and core work to support the lower back
Mobility and release to create length and ease in the body
Breathwork and relaxation to help everything settle and integrate
