After just three short but impactful years, Cordiform have left an undeniable mark on Australia’s emo and pop‑punk landscape. Formed in Naarm/Melbourne, the four‑piece quickly built a reputation for emotionally charged songwriting, infectious live energy, and a rare sense of sincerity that resonated deeply with their audience. Blending classic pop‑punk with modern emo vulnerability, Cordiform earned support from Triple J, Spotify editorial playlists, and tastemakers across the alternative scene. Over the years Cordiform shared the stage with some of Australian greats such as Ocean Sleeper, Mirrors, Future Static, Bad/Love and Chasing Ghosts.
This final headline show marks both the release of their new EP, Hear Me Out, and the closing chapter of the band. Joining Cordiform to celebrate the band's life will be a lineup of friends they’ve shared the stage with over the years.
