Bring an Eye Mask if you'd like to. *If you are more than 10-15 min late please come next time* (Doors may or may not be closed at 7:10pm).Event Description: Class begins with sage / palo santo Energy Cleanse and Deepening our Understanding of the Cord Cutting Ceremony. You will be Guided through a Cutting Cords Meditation, Followed by a Sound Healing Bath. This Guided Meditation will Foster Conditions for Freeing Attachments And Creating Space for the New. Sound Healing consists of bowls, chimes and drums as well as other healing instruments. Class ends with approximately 7-10 mins to come out of the meditation gently.
