Cord Cutting Ceremony

This experience is designed to be grounding, intentional, and deeply restorative — a soft space to reconnect with yourself through ritual, stillness, and sound.

Throughout the evening we will move through:

🍵 A grounding tea ceremony🧘 Guided meditation + reflective journaling🕯️ Candle dressing and cord cutting ritual🎶 Sound bowl healing and energetic release

This ceremony may support those navigating:

• Emotional attachment or heartbreak
• Burnout and energetic exhaustion
• Grief or stagnant emotional cycles
• Spiritual or energetic heaviness
• Personal transitions and endings
• Releasing old versions of self

No experience is necessary. Please come as you are.

Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal if desired. Ritual materials will be provided.
