About this Event

Regarded as a work that balances sacred reverence with operatic flair and theatrical delivery, Petite Messe Solennelle was first performed on 14 March 1864 at the Rossini's new home in Paris. It is famously described as being neither petite nor solemn. The soloists include Jessica Robinson(Soprano), Sian Cameron (Mezzo-Soprano) and Simon Pratt (Bass). The Musical Director is Ben Pinnow and the Pianist is Laura Deenik
