🌴 An Evening of Art, Chess, and Sunset Magic in Miami 🌅

Pawns & Poetry is a recurring sunset gathering designed to bring together artists, models, creatives, media, and community leaders in an open, welcoming outdoor setting. Set against the backdrop of Miami’s golden hour, this event blends strategy, expression, and conversation into a relaxed yet intentional space.

Every other Thursday, Lummus Park becomes a living room for the creative community — where chess boards replace business cards, poetry replaces small talk, and genuine connection takes center stage.

This series also serves as an official Road to Swim Week activation, functioning as a model and media mixer to organically promote and build momentum toward Industry Swim while strengthening the creative ecosystem that supports it.

This is a space to meet the people behind Industry Swim, learn about upcoming opportunities, and build authentic relationships — without the formality of a casting or the noise of a nightclub.

Pawns & Poetry is one of several community-driven activations leading into Industry Swim, Miami Swim Week’s opening ceremony. These gatherings are designed to strengthen creative bonds, spotlight emerging talent, and cultivate the collaborative energy that defines the Industry Swim platform.
