Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) is delighted to invite you to an Ohio Centering Consortium on September 13th, 2024. The Consortium is an amazing opportunity to foster site networking, promote peer sharing and learning, build awareness of CHI institutional updates, and receive support from your dedicated Centering Advisor, Rachel West.

The Consortium will take place from 10 AM to 3 PM and will include time for socializing, CHI organizational updates, Q&A sessions, implementation and facilitation troubleshooting subgroups, and the opportunities to learn more about Ohio statewide initiatives. Lunch will be provided and an optional breakfast will occur from 9 AM-10 AM. Thank you to Humana Healthy Horizons for their food and Beverage sponsorship!

Registration is limited to 25 participants, so please confirm your ability to attend prior to completing the registration process. When you register, you will answer a few questions to help build the agenda that most meets your needs.
