About the Instructor & New Frequency

Leon Martin, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor, is the heart behind New Frequency LLC, a Minneapolis-based wellness startup committed to inclusivity. With a deep passion for holistic health, Leon is also immersed in the study of Ayurvedic diet and practices. His vision for New Frequency is to foster "intrinsic expansion through extrinsic elasticity," empowering individuals to raise their personal frequency through yoga, fitness, and meditation. Leon's global perspective, gained through extensive travel and participation in yoga and running events worldwide, enriches his teaching. As a pilot, DJ, and creative artist, he embodies the belief that "good health, gratitude, focus, and consistency make everything possible."
