Join the Mystic Dance Circle and go on a journey of creative movement to connect with

your emotions and discover ways to express yourself. Set your intentions and dance

them into being through circle dancing. For centuries, many cultures have used circle

dancing for ceremony and celebration. Mystic Dance Circle can help you connect with

your creativity, your emotions, and your ancestors through the joy of dance.

Adrienne Sofia Rose of Dream Circle Studio will be your dance guide. She has belly

danced for 13 years and has experience with other dance forms like ballet. She will

guide you through creative movement set to a series of international music carefully

selected to help you find your inner dance expression.

Please bring water and a yoga mat. The session with run for 1.5 hours with a ten-minute

break.
