About this Event
This workshop is for the mothers, sisters, friends and anyone looking to celebrate and relax.
We will begin the day with a forty five minute energetic vinyasa flow, followed by a light lunch.
The rest of the morning will be spent winding down with a mimosa (sparkling juice, or herbal tea) while enjoying an invigorating facial treatment, and the opportunity to explore creativity together by building your own floral arrangement.
