Experience a holistic approach to relaxation during a sound healing session, interact with our therapy horses and enjoy a nature walk with our Nigerian dwarf goats.

Our special guest host, Deena Rahill will guide you through a 90 minute sound healing session for an ethereal mind, body immersion of light and vibration. Experience the effects of signing crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and beyond. The Practice of sound healing or sound bathing is being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that can release stuck emotions, reduce pain, anxiety, stress and activate your healing. A sound bath can cleanse your soul and restore your balance. This stems from the immense power of sound and vibration. Sound has a great influence on our emotions and health and can make us feel happy, energized and relaxed.

Once you awaken from a state of bliss, our PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship ) certified equine specialist, Kristi Huddleston will introduce you to our therapy horses and guide you through a deep breathing aromatherapy experience with the herd. Participants will be able to go on a nature walk with our Nigerian dwarf goats and spend time enjoying our butterfly garden and the Serenity Circle of peace.

Light snack and water will be provided and all guests will take a home a special gift filled with love and herbs from our garden. You will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to the retreat to settle in and prepare for the retreat to begin.

Our gates will open at 3 pm. sharp. Upon arrival you will sign in and be able to tour the music therapy barn, meet the animals and prepare your yoga mat and pillows for sound healing. Participants will lie down during the sound healing session and you will need to bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets or any items you need for comfort. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and that you not eat a heavy meal prior to a sound healing session.

During your time with the animals you will need to wear closed- toed shoes and clothes that are ok to get a little dirty. Please understand this retreast is for ages 13 snd up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. We looking forward to the opportunity of serving you, your family and friends and hope to see you soon.
