Step into a peaceful space where we grow together through the power of journaling. Our February theme is “Loving Me Out Loud,” an invitation to be kinder to yourself, speak life over who you are, and practice showing yourself love in real, simple ways.

This journaling club is designed to help you stay consistent, feel supported, and grow emotionally and spiritually. While knowing you’re not doing it alone. We’ll move through guided prompts, affirmations, and one easy activity that makes journaling feel approachable and meaningful.

Bring your own journal or purchase one at the event. Free light refreshments will be provided as we write, reflect, and encourage one another.

Whether you’re healing, learning to choose yourself, or just looking for a calm place to breathe and reset, this space meets you right where you are. We’re in this together, page by page, step by step—practicing self-love with grace, support, and community.
