Edyta is a Reiki master, Ayurvedic counselor, and meditation teacher. She sees clients for Reiki/energy healing weekly at the Sanctuary Spa in downtown Montgomery. She’s a 200-hour registered Hatha yoga teacher, with 20 years of yoga practice and 7 years of teaching experience.

In addition to her holistic wellness practices, Edyta is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati. She specializes in teaching English to international undergraduate and graduate students and has been an educator for over 20 years.
