We will discuss best practices and tips for journaling. We will then do some journaling prompts and there will be time to share as well if you feel called to.

I have been journaling since I've been 12 years old. That's 33 years.

Journaling can be an extremely releasing and cathartic practice. I've learnt a lot over the years and I'm excited to share it with all of you.

*Please bring a journal and a pen.

Chana is someone who leads with heart. She’s deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and safe to be their full selves.

Chana is also a free spirit, artist and lover of life. She believes that love is the highest vibration and feels like it can heal the world. She has been hosting an array of events over the past 6 years. Some of those are ecstatic dances, deep connecting workshops, platonic touch workshops and women's circles.

For the past 5 years she has been doing outreach work with the homeless population.She is passionate about supporting those who are dealing with mental health struggles, addictions and homelessness.
