Creative Departures is a new series designed to ground us in conversation, collaboration, and the tactile joy of making. For our maiden voyage, we’re clearing the air: No phones. Just art.
A free lecture from someone already building what you want to build. An open session to make something. And a room full of photographers, designers, painters, makers, and creators of color who are looking for the same thing you are.

In a world of constant notifications, we are inviting you to power down. This is a phone-free environment. Upon arrival, we ask that you tuck your devices away so the focus stays entirely on the art, the ideas, and the people in the room. This is your time to disconnect from the scroll and reconnect with the creative process.
