Gathering monthly, this series provides a nurturing space for education, connection, and support throughout your pregnancy journey. Led by Aleks Evanguilidi, an expert midwife of over 25 years, each gathering includes an opening circle with grounding ritual, expert-led content on the month’s theme, and space for group sharing and Q&A. Healthy, prenatal-supportive lunch included!

Topics include but are not limited to, prenatal nutrition, supporting the microbiome, easing physical discomforts, understanding the role of doulas and midwives, preparing for a strong postpartum period, and optimal fetal positioning.
