Copy of City Nature Challenge - Court Hey Park- Pond Dipping

Join us for a pond dipping session at Courthey Park to explore what life can be found in and around our park's wetland area. We'll also take some samples back to the office to look for smaller life forms using a display microscope.
We will be recording wildlife using the i-Naturalist app and offering tips of how to use it to get the most out of it. We will also be joined by some of our experts at Merseyside BioBank / MEAS who will be giving hints and tips for how to narrow down your identification of tricky organisms. Please bring along a fully charged phone with the i-Naturalist app installed, some stout footwear and outdoor clothing for muddy pond area. B. Explore the beauty of nature while helping document local wildlife. Enjoy some the fresh air and discovering the nature that lives on our doorstep together!
