Can You Take the Heat aims to introduce young women, ages 12 and older, to a career in the fire service. 36 participants will learn about a career in the fire service from female firefighters in a safe, low pressure environment. This is a highly interactive program with lots of hands on activities. Please note that participants MUST be fitted for fire gear PRIOR to the event. (If participant has access to their own gear, they can utitilze that the day of the event however they will still need to drop off paperwork and registration fees.) Participants will need to bring registration paperwork/waivers and the registration cost of $25, to the gear fitting. At this time will not be able to accommodate any additional gear fitting dates. A shirt, drinks, snacks, and lunch are included. Additional communications with required paperwork will be sent via email from [email protected], please be on the lookout and check your junk mail. The event is held at Scarlet Oaks -3254 E. Kemper Rd, Sharonville, OH 45241.

Please note, the gear fitting will be held at Blue Ash Station 13-10647 Kenwood Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242.

You will be contacted after registration to confirm you will be attending ONE gear fitting at any of the dates below.
