Copper Canyon Mexican Lager is back! Inspired by the Copper Canyon in the Sierra Madre Occidental - a canyon formed by 6 rivers – this beer is made with only six ingredients: Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, Flaked Maize, Water, Noble Hops, and German Lager Yeast. Our Mexican style lager pours a beautiful burnished copper with a large off white, persistent head. Although light in body from the Flaked Maize, this beer full in flavor from the balance of Vienna and Pilsner malts. The finish is light crisp and refreshing!
