This workshop focuses on the importance of managing stress effectively and identifying the physical and psychological impacts of stress.

This workshop will take place at Wimbledon Library, 35 Wimbledon Hill Rd, London, SW19 7NB.

This Workshop is for people who are 18 and over and live in the borough of Merton or are registered with a GP in Merton only.
