Tower Hamlets Women's Network proudly present 'Coping with Menopause' - a presentation and book launch.
Join us to learn more about menopause and how it can impact your life. Find out about ways to manage the symptoms to better support yourself through it and how to best prepare yourself for an easier menopausal journey when the time comes.
