Coping Sensibly Coping Skills Classes

Participants will learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills in a warm and supportive environment. These skills can be used to manage everyday life experiences, stress, anxiety, depression, and much more. For the introductory price of $120.00, individuals can attend four classes where they will learn Mindfulness Skills, Emotion Regulation Skills, Distress Tolerance Skills, and Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills. Classes will be offered in person or via Zoom. Spacing is limited. Fees are non-refundable upon starting the class.
