This is a 6 week, 2 ½ hours a week Self-management programme for anyone living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) - including breathlessness. The programme is delivered by tutors that live with COPD, or care for someone that does. Programme includes:
*What is COPD?
*Making Decisions
*Medication
*Managing daily activities
*Dealing with difficult emotions
*Working with your healthcare team
