✨ Cosy blankets ✨ Heated eye masks ✨ Heated blankets ✨ Hot cuppa by candle light ✨
Reflexology utilises gentle application of pressure on feet, creating a feeling of deep relaxation, releases tension, improves sleep and mood.
Reflexology increases wellbeing as well as helping to complement existing treatments for a number of health issues and counteracting the effects of stress.

Come on down to join us at the urban wellness hub to experience a treat for yourself and a loved one, running every THURSDAY to an overall 90 minute experience including a 45 minute reflexology treatment starting from 3PM - 6PM.
