Cool Runnings Wellness Day

Back by popular demand, we’re bringing the energy back to CITA Park for our second Cool Runnings Wellness Day! After an incredible first event, we’re turning up the heat with DRYYP Sauna, Solemates Run Club, and a lineup of local wellness partners.

Whether you’re a wellness enthusiast, or simply looking for a new way to unwind, this day is all about connection, movement, and rejuvenation.

What’s on deck:

• Community runs with Solemates at the top of each hour
• Wood-fired sauna sessions
• Cold plunges
• Wellness experiences from local partners
• Live DJ set to keep the vibe flowing

Come anytime during the event and check in on arrival. Solemates will be leading a 1 mile run at the top of each hour. Sauna and cold plunge slots will rotate small groups throughout the day to keep things comfortable and relaxed.

🧖 What to bring:

• Towel
• Water bottle
• Swimsuit or workout gear (changing area available)
• Flip-flops or slides recommended for sauna use

Come for the sweat, stay for the community. Let’s heat up, cool down, and make Round 2 even better than the first.
