About Cool 2 Care: Community 💚
At the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls–City Centre, we believe it is cool to care! Caring deeply for others is what transforms good service into great hospitality. About a year ago, we brought that belief to life by starting Cool 2 Care, an internal employee program that celebrates genuine hospitality through peer nominations. We, as a hotel, not only want to give our guests great hospitality, but also our community. Partnering with local nonprofit organizations will help us further our belief that caring for others is pretty awesome! 💚
