It's Cool 2 Care! 💚At the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls–City Centre, we believe it is cool to care! Caring deeply for others is what transforms good service into great hospitality. About a year ago, we brought that belief to life by starting Cool 2 Care, an internal employee program that celebrates genuine hospitality through peer nominations. We, as a hotel, not only want to give our guests great hospitality, but also our community. Partnering with local nonprofit organizations will help us further our belief that caring for others is pretty awesome! 💚
We’re excited to announce our December Cool 2 Care: Community nonprofit partner — B-Squad Dog Rescue! 💚
On December 15, 2025, a portion of food and beverage sales at the Verde Lounge from 11:00 AM to midnight will be donated to B-Squad Dog Rescue, supporting their efforts to care for dogs in need of loving homes. đź’š
B-Squad Dog Rescue is a 100% volunteer-run organization dedicated to transporting, healing, and finding forever homes for at-risk dogs across the Midwest. Since 2014, they’ve safely relocated more than 9,500 dogs, traveled over 225,000 miles, and partnered with 59 foster families to provide essential veterinary care and nurturing home environments. By supporting B-Squad, you’re helping dogs from reservations, commercial breeders, hoarding situations, and high-K*ll shelters get the chance to thrive in a safe, loving home. 💚
During December, the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls–City Centre will serve as an official donation drop site for B-Squad Dog Rescue. A dedicated B-Squad donation dropbox will be available in our lobby for guests and community members who wish to contribute.
