Join us for the first workshop in our Cooking With the Milpa series, where we’ll explore the ancestral milpa system through gardening, cooking, and cultural storytelling. Together we’ll plant corn, beans, and squash in the garden, then head into the kitchen to make tortillas from scratch and transform them into tostadas topped with a fresh “W**d” pesto — reframing what we often overlook in our gardens as nourishment.Led by Wendy of Prime Corn, this hands-on workshop celebrates pre-Columbian food traditions and the deep relationships between land, culture, and community. 🌽🌱
