Cooking with the Kids: Holiday Brunch

Grab the kids for a fun and festive cooking class for the entire family. Food writer and Chef Instructor, Shawnie Kelley guides you through four family-approved and kid-friendly recipes perfect for a Christmas or a New Year brunch menu.

Class begins with a fluffy baked Strata loaded with crumbled sausage, cheese, and herbs. The kids can practice flipping flapjacks while putting together whimsical reindeer pancakes complete with bacon antlers. Your young cooks will also practice the technique for swirling Parisian-style crêpes to be filled with fruit, Nutella, and homemade whipped cream. For those with a serious sweet tooth, colorful Christmas tree-shaped rice Krispie treats should do the trick.

After class, enjoy your meal together along with a complimentary beverage. An adult must accompany children (age five and older). We provide child and adult-sized aprons. Feel free to bring a small step stool for your child. The ticket price is for one adult and one child. Additional tickets can be purchased. Limit 1
