Learn how to build deep flavor with sautéed kimchi, aromatics, and seasoned rice—finished with that irresistible sizzling touch and a perfectly fried egg.
Kimchi Stew (Kimchi-Jjigae)
Create a cozy, soul-warming stew using well-fermented kimchi, rich broth, and your choice of pork or tofu. You’ll learn how to balance spice, richness, and depth to suit your taste.
Kimchi Egg Dumplings (DalGyal Mandu)
A fun twist on dumplings using delicate egg “wrappers” filled with savory kimchi goodness—pan-fried to golden perfection.
