Italian workshop: Pasta, Ravioli and Focaccia
This hands on fast paced workshop centers on the craft of fresh pasta, guiding guests through the techniques of mixing, rolling, shaping, and filling dough from scratch. Participants will learn about the different Italian flours and types of pasta, how to create classic pasta doughs, and form ravioli and other filled pastas with confidence and intention. Alongside pasta, the class explores focaccia, a naturally high-hydration bread that delivers exceptional texture and flavor with surprisingly little effort. Guests will leave with a strong foundation in pasta-making, a deeper understanding of dough and structure, their own handmade pastas to freeze or enjoy at home, and their palates satiated from the tastings of the day!
