Come discover the skill of preserving your own foods in this pressure canning class designed for 9- to 18-year-olds. Youth will learn the basics of pressure cooking. We’ll start with an appetizer and work our way to dessert.Due to the nature of the class, class size is limited to 16 youth. Hair must be pulled back, or in a cap, and closed-toed shoes are required.
Materials are provided in class. Must pay in advance before registration ends on July 22 at 5 pm. Cash or check is also accepted.
Youth must be 9 to 18 years old as of September 1, 2023, to participate.
