What we'll do in this session...

Are you looking for a new recipe to try? Or maybe you want to enjoy the company of others whilst cooking a tasty recipe.

Then Great Cook is for you! These cooking sessions involve a local resident leading their community through a recipe they enjoy cooking, and everyone cooks the dish together.

Follow a simple recipe to create a delicious curry. Michael will guide you through the steps and explain how you can alter the recipe to your personal taste. Too spicy? Not spicy enough? How do you like your curry? Chicken or meat free options are available, let us know your preference.

Everyone attending the session brings along a key ingredient to the recipe (pick one from the list below and let us know which one you are bringing by emailling [email protected]). This way everyone can take home portions for the week, time permitting, we'll also eat together after cooking this delicious dish!
