An introduction to cooking with fish, bivalves and shellfishAbout this Event
In this hands on workshop, we will make a snack of pan-fried mackerel fillets in a soft wheat bun with salsa verde
. Followed by mussels in a Thai spiced coconut broth and chilli garlic prawns.
This workshop includes lunch and a take-away.
Thanks to funding from The Chalk Cliff Trust we are able to offer free places to unpaid carers based in East Sussex. (£1 booking fee) If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact us directly.
