We are beyond exciting to bring you this cooking demo and tastings with world renowned chef and cookbook author Alesha Bilbrough-Collins. Alesha has worked in London kitchens of celebrity chefs Yotam Ottolenghi and Gordon Ramsay and now runs her own food business BearLion Foods. She is incredibly passionate about creating amazing dishes using real food and has cautionary tales on the dangers of chemical W**d killers and food packaging waste.
