Cooking Class x Writing Workshop Experience

Led by La Esquina Dominicana, participants will prepare Mangú con Los Tres Golpes (3 Hits Mangú), a traditional dish featuring mashed green plantains served with fried Dominican salami, fried white cheese, a sunny-side-up fried egg, and topped with pickled red onions.

Format: Interactive cooking class with live demonstration and hands-on participation
