Over the last 18 years, Deepa has helped hundreds of people from various ethnic backgrounds lose weight, reverse and manage their diabetes, and reduce their cholesterol and blood pressure levels. Deepa specializes in providing culturally adopted nutrition – focused practical and tactical strategies to those who have chosen a path to change lifestyle to feel better.

Class is Free, but donations are welcome! A donation of $5 per person will help sustain and support future programs.
