About Chef Staci:
‍Staci Joers has been passionate about cooking since her teens, starting with cake decorating at 13 and making her first wedding cake at 14. Growing up in a family of great cooks, she views cooking as an extension of her love for art and creativity. Staci worked in various Milwaukee restaurants and managed a gourmet cooking store, where she began offering cooking classes in 1992. These classes became her main focus, and she started offering them full-time in 2002. She holds an Associate's Degree in the Culinary Arts from MATC.‍
