This fundraiser started with three friends who love CrossFit and wanted to make a difference. Eleven years later, it’s grown into a powerful tradition — and after recent breast cancer diagnoses for two of us, the mission feels even more personal. Our empathy for these kids and their families has deepened, and our commitment to showing up for them is stronger than ever.
