In this class you will learn how to decorate cookies using royal icing. Although royal icing can be tricky, this class will teach you how to make, color, and thin your icing to get the perfect consistency. You will learn several different techniques to get started on your cookie decorating journey. Plus, you'll have some beautifully decorated, delicious cookies to take home!
