Cookie Decorating Level 1 : Alaskan Fall Essentials

Join Redbird & Raven for a cookie decorating class inspired by the unofficial uniform of an Alaskan fall.
We'll walk you through decorating with royal icing, including outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet techniques, creating texture and dimension, and adding the little details that make these cookies come to life. From the knit pattern on the mittens to the quilted puffer vest, you'll learn a variety of techniques you can use on future cookie projects.
Choose your own adventure! Each design has simpler options too, so you can decide how much detail you want to tackle. Keep things cozy and simple, or challenge yourself with more intricate piping and textures. There's no pressure to make your cookies look exactly like ours!
No decorating experience is necessary! All cookies, icing, supplies, and instruction are included. You'll leave with six decorated cookies and a few new tricks up your sleeve.

Time: 4:30–6:30 PM
Ages 11+. Participants under 14 must register alongside a participating adult. This class involves detailed decorating techniques that require focus and patience.
