Introducing Lettering 101!In this class, each person will be starting with a fresh batch of royal icing. We will thin, color, and bag the icing to the consistencies we will need for class.
After our icing is ready we will walk through three different lettering techniques - fine line lettering, pressure piping, and outline & fill lettering. Each participant will receive practice sheets to use during class and to take home for later use.
Once we feel confident with our lettering, we will move on to three flooded, full sized cookies. Each cookie will have pre-printed words for us to practice. Extra cookies available for purchase.
This class will run around 1.5-2 hours.
No refunds but in the event you can't make it we can move your seat to a different date.
