This year the Annual Cookie Crunch will be held on December 10thWhat is the Cookie Crunch?
🍪 Each year, our community comes together to provide home-baked goods to Airmen living in the dorms, bringing them a taste of home during the holiday season. We estimate about 500 Airmen and aim to provide around a dozen cookies for each one.
🎁 The Saber Community Spouses Club hosts the drive. Cookies just need to be donated in disposable trays or containers. Volunteers will then bag a nice variety of cookies to be delivered the same day.
Our only request: while everyone loves an ooey gooey sticky treat, they are difficult to bag and transport, so please keep that in mind when baking.
❄️ If your organization would like to provide a gift other than cookies, please reach out to [email protected] so we can discuss your ideas.
🛒 The commissary currently has plenty of baking supplies, so this is a great time to stock up on what you need.
