Whether you like them flat and crispy, thick and chewy, or soft with a crispy edge we”ll explore the science behind your favorite cookie. In this 2 hour hands on cookie making class each student will mix, blend, bake & taste two types of cookies using three different methods. We will also be making and taking home.
