About this Event

Bring the farm to your own table this season! Learn to cook a Fall Harvest inspired meal with celebrity Chef Meg Tucker from Cook With Meg, and Red Seal Chef Maia Fenger from Kitchen49!

During each class, you will use locally sourced ingredients to cook Pumpkin Ricotta Gnocchi with Crispy Sage Brown Butter. you will prepare a Fall Harvest Crumble to take home and bake at your convenience, and you will get to observe a demonstration on turkey cooking and carving with tips just in time for Thanksgiving.

There will also be giveaways and goodies! If that wasn’t enough, the turkey you will learn on will be donated to the Red Deer Food Bank in the spirit of giving!
