This month the Lake Geneva Cannery joins us in sharing a wonderful pie recipe! Our book selection includes MIDNIGHT AT THE BLACKBIRD CAFE by Heather Webber and THE BOOK ON PIE: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW TO BAKE PERFECT PIES by Erin McDowell.We all love to look at cookbooks, pouring over the rich, gorgeous photographs, marking pages maybe even copying some recipes. Like us, do you fall apart at the actual cooking/baking commitment? No worries.
Join us each month for a Cook the Book program. We select a book and recipe and, unlike other programs, you won't have to cook, just show up and taste the recipe!
We're even going to pair each recipe with a book from our collection - a complete tasting for gastronomy and taste buds!
No registration necessary.
