Join us on Saturday, April 11, 5:30–8 PM for a special evening with Whitney Otawka—cookbook author, former Executive Chef of the Greyfield Inn on Cumberland Island, and MasterChef contestant.
This class marks the launch of our Cook the Book series—where we take a cookbook off the shelf and bring it to life, one dish at a time.
Whitney will guide you through a menu from her book, The Saltwater Table, showcasing her signature approach to coastal, seasonal, and sustainable seafood.
