Cook The Book: A Middle Eastern Meal from Shuk

For ages 13 & up

Create a simple and satisfying, Middle Eastern-inspired meal with recipes taken from the pages of Shuk, the most recent Cookbook by Chef and Restaurateur Einat Admony. You'll work with a small team to create a tasty tomato and tahini salad; braise chicken with olives and citrus; discover how easy it can be to produce a Persian rice dish; and enjoy an orange-infused cake for your grand finale. As class ends, you'll sit down to enjoy every bite.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Each attendee will receive a copy of Shuk on the night of class.

PLEASE NOTE that Chef Admony will not be attending or presenting at this event.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
