Cook Like Bakehouse 6: ARANCINI

The ultimate in delicious, creamy, carby comfort food, arancini are a Sicilian staple. Balls of risotto, coated in breadcrumbs and fried - they might seem complicated to make at first, but once the Bakehouse crew have taken you through the process step-by-step, you'll be knocking them out on the regular.

Join us for this two-hour cookery class, where we'll make the risotto, breadcrumb coating and a saucy vegan filling together. Using cheap and simple ingredients, this is a class suitable for total beginners but fun for cooks with a bit of experience, too.

• Cook Like Bakehouse is a new programme of pay-what-you-can weekly cookery classes at Bakehouse, a pay-what-you-can cafe in Great Yarmouth
• We want to empower people in our town with money-saving, nutrition-boosting cookery skills
• All dishes prepared will be vegan, though we cannot completely guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination with dairy products or other allergens, even if not listed as an ingredient
• No need to bring anything except yourself!
• Suitable only for those aged 16 and over
• It's free to book, but we would hugely appreciate a donation if this is something you're able to do
• Similarly, please tell us if you book but are then unable to make it, as places are limited and we want to make sure every class is full
