COOK: Classic Beef Rouladen + Meal
Learn to cook beef rouladen (beef rolls)?
This hands-on, beginner-friendly cooking experience will show you how - using a traditional recipe that is easy to master.
Everything will be provided; you bring your enthusiasm and creativity!
Prepaid tickets are required. Space is limited.
Please arrive on time so the class can start with everyone here.

What to know before you go:
- Wear comfortable clothing you can cook in and shoes you can stand in
- All ages are welcome. Positive proof of age (21+ is required to sample beer
- Children <16 must be accompanied by an adult with a paid adult admission

At the corner of Lincoln Ave & Powers Ct, you will see our signs and garden Follow the garden down Powers Ct to the Red Gate. Look for the large flag pole with the Bavarian and Alameda flags is a good marker
The gate opens about 10 minutes beforehand

Founder of Dahoam1516, Master Chef and Braumeister, Hans is dedicated to keeping the finest of Bavarian cuisine and tradition accessible to anyone here in Alameda.
Hans attended culinary classes in Bavaria and the United States. He has worked at several restaurants and operates a small home-based catering service and Brewhouse.
